Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., sales events or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary by destination. Typical delivery timeframes are:

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not when it’s placed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your tracking email within 5 days, please contact us at support@orsama.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
ORSAMA™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, ORSAMA™ cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We will attempt to assist, but any re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please first contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at support@orsama.com — we’ll do our best to help locate it.
8. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
We appreciate your patience during rare situations beyond our control.
9. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately for faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 5 hours of purchase by emailing support@orsama.com. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
